Eligibility

Do you qualify?

Both programs are open to students who have completed +2 or an equivalent level. Final admission is based on the RJU entrance test and available seats.

For B.Sc. CSIT

  • +2 / PCL in the Science stream (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 40% marks or C grade (1.61 GPA)
  • Pass the RJU-CMAT entrance test

For BCA

  • +2 / PCL in any stream (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 40% marks or C grade (1.61 GPA)
  • Appear in the RJU-CMAT entrance test

Register for the RJU-CMAT entrance

Register and prepare for the Rajarshi Janak University entrance test (100 objective questions). We provide guidance and practice support.

Sit the entrance exam

Appear for the RJU-CMAT on the scheduled date. Your result determines merit-based admission to your chosen program.

Complete document verification

Submit your academic transcripts, certificates and photos for verification once results are published.

Confirm your seat

Pay the admission fee to secure your seat, complete registration with the university and get ready to begin classes.

Common questions

What is the RJU-CMAT entrance test? +
RJU-CMAT is the common admission test conducted by Rajarshi Janak University. It contains 100 objective questions worth 100 marks, testing aptitude and subject basics. Your score is used for merit-based admission.
When do classes start? +
Intake schedules follow the university's academic calendar. Applications for the current intake are open now — contact our admissions office for exact entrance and class-start dates.
Can I apply for both B.Sc.CSIT and BCA? +
Yes. You can express interest in both while applying and decide after the entrance results, based on your eligibility and preference. Note that B.Sc.CSIT requires a +2 Science background, while BCA accepts any stream.
